Upper School Service Day Offers Many Opportunities

This month's Upper School Service Day was filled with service projects old and new. Students planted trees at Riverbend, put down mulch at the River Development Corporation, a new partner, and students also went to help out with longtime partners like South Jersey Food Bank and SHARE. A specially selected group went to Broad Street Ministries where they served lunch and danced with the patrons. Students returned to campus and packed hygiene bags for women, potted plants for senior citizens at Bryn Mawr Village and made placemats for Cathedral Kitchen in Camden, NJ.

Later that evening, The Clothing Dignity committee chaired by Charlotte Miller '24 and Kylie Rubin '24, put on an amazing fashion show and raised more than $5,000 for The Wardrobe.
